I have owned several Hyundai’s. I love the car. I have been coming to Norm Reeve’s for several years. I have had Gary as an attendant several times. When I have my car serviced, it’s like seeing an old friend when I check into the service center. Your waiting room is confrontable n as I usually stay while my car us being serviced, I actually enjoy the wait. Everyone is always pleasant n efficient. Always a pleasure to have my car serviced here.

The staff and service was excellent! However, my 10 am appointment took three and a half hours. I watched my vehicle sit for two hours before the technician even got to it. I am really disappointed that I had to wait that long for a service I had an appointment for.
