Despite having confirmed multiple times via the dealership's appointment confirmation process, twice the day before, we were surprised to find that we were not in the reservation system. Bit Juan still accommodated us. He also came through with the estimated costs.

When I called to schedule my appointment I told them I needed my oil changed and I have the extended warranty on dings and dents and I wanted a couple dings looked at or fixed while I was there. They scheduled my appointment for like 2 weeks later. I anrived and she got my name and brought up my service order and ishe said your here for an oil change and service and ding repair. Then she tells me that person that does the body work doesn’t work that day. And he only works on Thursday so I would have to come back. If you know the person only works on Thursdays and that is the service I wanted why did you waste my time and schedule me for a Monday. I was hoping to getting everything done at the same time now I need to make another appointment and spend another 3 or 4 hrs there. I work full time and I don’t usually have 3-4 hours to wait around.

I have always been pleased with everyone’s customer service. It means a lot & also everyone is very helpful.
