He had a clear line of communication with me regarding the plan for my car’s care, and helped to facilitate a quick resolution to the problem I came in for. Overall, I really appreciate his hard work and diligence.

The car has had the check engine light coming on as soon as leaving the dealership. I brought it back and the said it was the O2 sensor so we paid to have it fixed (4 day wait). Picked up and within 3 miles same thing but this time the engine stalled on my wife. I am getting frustrated.
