I.was NEVER notified in advance of my 3 year matenance agreement coming to an end. I purchased my vehicle at Norm Reeves. Based on referrals given to me. So close yet short. Would have thought Hyundai would have honored the agreement. Disappointed…

I came earlier than my appointment time and when I said I have a valid reason for it,Enrque gave me an option if I want to reschedule since I need it done if possible earlier for another appointment,I told him I have less sleep from my job woke up early for the schedule and will ask me to reschedule?Where is the good customer service there?At the end looks like he realized that instead of saying reschedule he’ll find a way to reconsider and if not at least he tried?My car was done but my day left a small frustration!
