Furthermore, she took the time to keep me informed and updated on the service work, which spanned several days.. Great job Candice. I will definitely seek her as an advisor for any future vehicle service needs.

I left multiple voicemails for Juan. Not once did I receive a call back. I tried speaking to other service advisors for help and they did not want to help me they just referred me back to Juan. There was no teamwork this was frustrating since he was never available. When I called to make an appointment the person said they would escalate and cc Juan’s manager still like that I did not receive a call back.
If you promise someone a call back. Call them BACK even if you don’t have an update on the part, the least you can do is a quick text or call back for an update.
The 3rd party company was suppose to be contacted before so that they could install the part the same time as my oil change. I get to my appointment and the person who assisted me had to call them which extended my waiting period an additional 2-3 hours which was unfair to me.
I am very disappointed in the service I was provided. When I picked up my car still there was no interaction with Juan. My point why couldn’t this have been handled weeks ago if I didn’t speak to Juan not once he didn’t help me do anything. The other service advisor assisted me yesterday.
Enrique is v. Polite deals with customer in professional manner.

Enrique was great. My only peeve has nothing to do with Enrique, though. When I got my vehicle, the tire pressure display was changed, and I had to figure out how to get it back. Other than that, your service was excellent.
He was very nice, communicated very well on my car and what was needed or what I should consider in my next service. Just amazing service and appreciate everything he did for me and my car. Thank you Louie and Hyundai for always caring.
