I guess it’s not a given when you have an EV you get an EV loaner. Louie should have told me he didn’t have EV available bec when I arrived to pick up my loaner I was surprised and proceeded to wait 1.5 hours to get an EV loaner.
I was at the dealership 3 times. First time to drop it off and Louie was great. Really listened to my problems with the car and put every issue I had down for them to check. The 2nd time I dealt with him it was on the phone and he was very polite and let me know he had a loaner waiting and how long it should take to fix the vehicle. When I picked up the loaner he was off and let me know Candace would help me. Then when I picked up my vehicle he was working but no where to be found so Candace helped me again.
Just an Ok experience for me this time.
I find it odd that when you diagnose a problem they do not give loaners during the diagnosis. It was such a hassle to have to Uber home and get called back 2 days later to pick up a loaner. Hopefully this process changes
