I will have to make an appointment as my AC is making a ticking noise not all the time but is intermittent (hear more on low AC setting as it interrupts my bad singing. I also don’t use the higher settings in my AC now seeing I got my windows tinted. Back to feedback, Thank You to Norm Reeves Hyundai Cerritos, the care and attention that the team has undertaken not just for my car but the way you have worked with me. Following my original dealer experience. I know nothing in (doing right by the customer) Norm Reeves does that and more Mohamed tried to help me with an in warranty repair which I said won’t be, but he tried. I forgot to ask him in regards to the base on my inner door frame I noticed after my last service. I’m in the process of fixing the issues I caused to my car and even so far the assistance has been amazing (I’m building computers and being a filmmaker) cars why I need the trust with a dealership and Norm Reeves has done this and more THANK YOU. Also no trade in as with the damage I’ve done and I’d be looking at a Compact SUV (my Boss my Son is in charge of that purchase) and now after nearly 3 years my car experience what it showed have been. Getting this now, yes I harp on (like this feedback) not to tell my whole life story but my purchase of my Hyundai (she was my home for 4 months, being homeless and keeping a job down) as I had to remain in California for my Son and save me going back to Scotland, walking away from 13 years. Since March this year and things finally going in the right direction. I know Norm Reeves Hyundai Cerritos owes me nothing, but if only you knew the impact your location has left on me. I can’t Thank You and your staff enough. Buying a car I feel I didn’t just buy “a car” I bought an experience an expensive one to me at the time but as above now I’m getting that experience. I will shut up now. I’ll make that appointment soon as I’m due surgery and sadly my car she will have to wait.
