The service took long hours and the disappointing part is that, after an hour i saw my car in the parking lot and I thought it will be in line for the next service that they’re gonna do but i was wrong, it was all done that time. But why did it take another 2 hours before they took my car out. Unbelievable.
Mohamed Jaber was absolutely incredible . He not only was professional but kind, helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure that I was comfortable in asking him questions. Mr. Jaber is why I would recommend family and friends to go to Norm Reeves Hyundai. I have yet to have a bad experience across the board every employee there is great .
I made an appt for 12:30. I showed up and waited, no one comes and greet me and then a porter says you can see Moe the service advisor. So, he checked me in and told me it was a 2 hours wait. So I waited until 2:30p. Then I went up to Moe and asked him. He said let me call and find out the status. He said they haven't started on your vehicle. And they will start on my car and it'll take about 45 mins. I think ALL they did was just oil change. My wiper fluid wasn't isn't filled and the tired wasn't even rotated. And the tired pressure wasn't even correct on ALL 4 tires. I was really disappointed with the whole experience.
