I told the employee that I would like to pick up my car on Monday for more diagnosis on infotainment system, and I got a phone call Friday saying that my car is ready for pick up. So I had to pick up my car without getting a proper care.

I thought Candice and others at the dealership were efficient and friendly however, I was very disappointed that my ac issue was deemed a maintenance item and my responsibility. I have found no evidence that being low on Freon would produce cool air on the passenger side and warm air on driver side. I should have taken this issue to the manager. Between my wife and I, we have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles since 2008 but I most likely will no buy another. If I do, it won’t be from Cerritos.
