Overall, the experience was fine. I just had a couple of frustrations. I had a two hour wait despite having an appointment. Also, I was charged for windshield cleansing fluid. I was asked if I wanted this option over water, and I did agree. However, I have NEVER in my life paid for windshield washer fluid, ever, during any car maintenance. And I was very surprised that I am paying for it on my brand new car that I’ve already purchased maintenance for when buying the car initially. I think this practice is really unnecessary.
