Juan was very helpful and friendly. He definitely knows how to serve his customers like me. He understood my needs and gave me very good advice on how to keep my car well maintenanced. Did tire rotation and didnt hear anything about my brakes. They always tell you the state of your brakes when you do rotation. Didnt bother calling.

Enrique was friendly and nice. Dealer should be able to wash and charge car while there. Also, purple writing on windshield should have been cleaned off before returning to client.

The battery upgrade on the hybrid warning was very inappropriate because it gave a warning hybrid battery system failure. Stop do not drive. My daughter was driving home about 44 miles from her home. She do not have choice but to stop the car and get it towed to her house which caused $11 dollars per mile if she did not have AAA insurance. This is not the way to have your software update to any vehicle. Please have somebody to call me back ****-****-xxxx

Service on my car was fine. I had first appointment in the morning. Was told it would be about 90 minutes (I was waiting). After 2 1/2 hours I asked about the progress and was told to wait for a text by the pickup associate. I didn’t see my rep, so asked another. The paperwork for my car had been sitting at the desk unnoticed for some time. So, long story short, I may have been waiting for an hour after my car was already completed.
