I’m not sure what Norm Reeves Hyundai (Cerritos) is doing, in the short time the dealership/service center has been working with me. I can’t really put into words. Louie Candace Victor Mechanic (sorry name slips me and too lazy to walk outside to my car) I just moved house and been really busy for 2 weeks. Sitting at Norm Reeves was the 1st real break I had. As I have said multiple times, I know he haw about cars. I can do a lot on modification and maintenance but that’s on the PS5 on my Son’s Need for Speed. Every visit the care, attention and how you feel valued. I don’t experience much in this country (I’m from Scotland) adjusting to life in California has been a tough one BUT not having my car serviced. (Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos) Honestly the car sales and service centers (won’t say the worse BUT has a B M W in there) I used solely and with my ex wife, I’ve not experienced to this level and beyond a service that for me at 18 miles from my “hoose” that house in Scottish slang. That’s a journey I’d gladly take. To not go on and on as I feel lack of sleep is kicking in. That and I’m scunnered. Thank you to Louie and ALL that looked after me with my car and even though above me, as I make movies and build computers. I do come away with some knowledge and experience passed on. If only other locations had this approach with their customers. THE REASON - I said no on the trade in, another Hyundai dealership on my dream car was kicking me when I was down. I was homeless and loosing my Son in my divorce. To attain my Ioniq 5 it would have been like selling my soul to the devil. That and I was heading to Scotland with nothing. I slept rough, in my Elantra and my bosses office just to be here for my son. Long story short I APOLOGIZE I’m going on. If I buy or trade I feel I’d be in a deeper hole. I owe $20k on my Elantra and an Ioniq would take me to roughly $70k, as a single Dad (oh yes I won my Son in my divorce even though my ex destroyed me) James Jr has been worth the nightmare (Freddy Krueger) he has no match on my ex. I refinanced my Elantra I would be paid off by 2030 now, I did this as to save me money. I would jump on a new car in a heartbeat but I’ll wait. Thank you for keeping me and my Son safe and (the audio update) fixed my issues with my infotainment system after 3 years my radio does not glitch ??????????????????????????????. Thank You from this very taken aback Scotsman.

Overall, the car was good with the services. However, I informed Candice that I would arrive at 530pm to pick up my car. When I arrived at 530 my car was in your secondary parking lot and had to wait. My feedback is based on your signs posted everywhere letting customers know to let you know when they are coming so their cars will be ready. I did inform your team member but still had to wait.

They gave me my car back and I noticed the hood is not fully close. This would have been dangerous if driven in the freeway . I’m extremely disappointed with service provided to me as a customer.

Returned home after my service and realized the next day that my hub caps were put on incorrectly. They were reattached to the tire covering the air valve and my husband had to lift my car up and take the lug nuts off and reattach the hub caps properl. Called Norm Reeves yesterday to complain and was told I would be called back and no one ever called me back. Upset that I spent $275 on my car for improper service and wasn’t called back by the service advisor.
