Came in for dent repair and a detail. I purchased a brand new vehicle only to have a dent in the door and the car dirty upon receiving. We took the car around 10:30pm so it was difficult to see these things on initial inspection. While we are happy the dent was fixed. It seemed as if the detail wasn’t really a detail. It looked as if the car was really just ran through and drive-thru was or some kind of standard wash. Passenger seat and interior still had dirt and hand prints that I was hoping were taken care of. Roof lining also had hand prints as well that I specifically asked to be taken care of. There is also now the appearance of many swirl marks on/in the paint that would need to be buffed out with a real detail job or paint correction. Checking in was also a bit of an issue as they did not have me scheduled in the appointment, I assume that would be the reason for the fake “detail” job. It was also apparent as the service rep Ethan said detail jobs usually take a long time and my vehicle was surprisingly ready very quickly. I feel like I got a rushed half assed job as opposed to quality service to be honest.
This was the 3rd time working with Juan. Just like other service reps, he is extremely patient and thorough when it comes to communicating the service needs for my car. He was extremely kind in making sure my car was serviced promptly so I could make my hair appt. He really is great in ensuring my experience at Norm Reeves positive. I will continue to do business here. Thank you!
Enrique was very courteous and kept me updated throughout the entire process, including handling any business with the warranty company. He is very knowledgeable about the mechanical processes needed to perform certain repairs. I would recommend him again to anyone.
Enrique Almazon stayed on after closing to quickly figure out the problem with the car, AND do a temporary fix on Sat, Oct 12. Luckily, you had the fender liner part and Hyundai Service was able to replace it on Tuesday. Although the sticker price was too high, we appreciate having the car fixed in competent hands.

I was told that a part needed to be replaced with my car costing hundreds of dollars when in fact, the part was in good working condition per my local mechanic. I have always trusted Hyundai Cerritos for as my go to, now I feel I don’t have trust in them anymore any longer.
Wonder how many times I’ve replaced “working” parts in the past ????

Better communication on service. Not going in people's things with out permission. Calling vendors that worked on car to get services done with out asking. This is why service was bad.
