My experience at normal reeves cerritos was horrible I feel like all the time it's something not right or someone not giving great customer service from sales to service ????. The only thing that made this experience better was Enrique to be honest I dealt with him serval times and he stopped me when he seen once again I was having trouble with normal reeves employees yet again. Also my car is horrible it's always something wrong with it would not buy another car from hyundai

I was told everything was completed and my husband marked tires and my tires were not rotated as I asked. I only go a wheel alignment because I was changing tires and they would not refund me my wheel alignment even when I told them I only did it because I was rotating my tires

I have had to take my car more than once to fix the issue.
Love going there and everyone is very friendly, however this time, they took a really long time bringing my car back after they were done with the service. They took a good 20min, I checked. I had multiple people asking me if I've been helped and I said I was waiting for my car. I got 3 people saying they are bringing my car out soon but still took 20 min. This is not usually the case so I'm assuming something happened.
Mohamed was an excellent service advisor. Communicated clearly and kept me up to date on repairs.
Waited half hour just to get my key handed to me and go look for my car. I even text the time I would be there and waited. Number still on window, paper number still hanging and seat was not set. I had said I had special discount in my email and he said that would be applied when I pick up but it wasn’t.
Wait time exceeded expectations.
While I wasn’t happy that my brand new Caligraphy was in the shop a week, it wasn’t an issue with Gary. I enjoy my interaction with him and trust him.

I marked the tires and after the service I noticed they were not rotated
I don’t know what was going on but the service when I first got to the lot was none existent. I finally called a young man that was walking by and he was able to have Louie come and assist me. After that it was like the usual assistance I receive from your company. The day before I hsd come in for my scheduled appointment and was turned away because there wasn’t enough time to complete the required update because of a Christmas party which was ok. But the second time I come in to just be ignored really was not ok.
