My car was returned without having it's service interval meter reset. In addition, 3 recalls required all day to complete, but no shuttle service was available to get to and from Irvine, and apparently loaner vehicles are no longer even available. Parts to repair a warranty defect will take at least 6 business days, and again the installation will take at least 6 hours, leaving me without transportation at least one entire day

I am absolutely not happy with Hyundai and what you stand for. I did everything I am required to do as the owner of your product and you and your cooperate staff would not stand behind your product. I handled my care with utmost care and did all required services and when the care developed a serious problem, you abandoned me. Norm reeves conducted oil consumption test and found out that that the car is consuming 2.8 quarts of oil under a 1000 miles and you guys want me to pay for a new engine. That is not fair. The reach continues to get richer at the expense of the poor. I am absolutely not happy.

From the moment I pulled into the Hyundai breezeway, I was greeted and treated with respect and care. When Candace heard about my situation, she was able to address my issues as rapidly as possible and completely satisfy the repairs needed on my car I live in Arizona, but if I did live in Lakewood or Long Beach, I would be a lifelong customer of Norm Reeves Hyundai

The service performed was terrific and Louis was great, but we were a bit disappointed that we didn't get the usual complimentary carwash. Overall, except forthe 4 hour wait it was fine.Loved the coffee machine!!
