You guys were great you were a lot of help and when I needed a cup of coffee and your coffee machine was down the gentleman showed me where I could get coffee at the Genesis dealership. Mr. Gallegos was superb is his performance of his job. I found fault with two points. The software download didn’t fix the issue I mentioned to your staff. In the past when I charged my Ioniq5 to 80%, I would have an estimated kw mileage 260 plus, now as before the download I’m getting a paltry 228 kw/ mileage. 2nd point, I was twenty minutes late from my appointment. The scheduled maintenance ran late, one hour longer, some minor message on dashboard about I’m overdue for some maintenance. This should have been erased Friday.
