Believe my car was fixed fast (you would think then why complain) well I was on my call to my mum in Scotland for 1hr 10mins. Standing next to my car for most of that time…. Car was dropped off at 8:38am and I got a text at 11:15am my car was ready. I questioned Louie as I asked had it been checked, I received a text at the same time showing indeed my car had been checked and my recommendation of washer fluid (video) from Andy mechanic. With no timestamp or metadata. I said to Louie ok yes my car has indeed been worked on, it felt to me it had sat there for hours. Why my complaint.
Your Service Representative, Candace, was friendly and very professional...she quickly came out to inquire about my visit...verified this was my final complementary visit..was spot on with my wait time and fully explained details of completed service to my vehicle..Thanx Candace..you provided excellent service!
I think you should offer to wash car when in service.

Candice assistance me with my appointment this morning. She scheduled my uber ride, sent me a text to let me know my car was ready and greeted me by name with a pleasant smile when I arrived to pick up my car.
The only thing I was unsatisfied with was I had to call to see if the part had come in. My initial appointment was on February 1st, I was told the part would arrive within 3 business days. It was nearly two weeks after my appointment that I took the initiative to check the status of the part.
Candice and her team were phenomenal! From drop off to pick up, they went above and beyond. The greeters, the foreman, the managers, all amazing! 5 stars! They’ve gained a customer for life!

I was in for a recall on my vehicle, I left the car for a couple hours only to be told that parts had to be ordered and I’d have to come back. I made an appointment several days before the service date and it seems to me that the part should have been ordered at that time so that the issue could have been resolved on my appointment day.
