There is very little communication regarding when my car would be ready. My car was there for over a month and every time I called when my car was supposed to be ready no one would answer and it was hard to reach a person. It was delayed multiple times.
Enrique was spot on! Came right out when I arrived and was very professional. He should really be recognized, when you have good workers they need to be acknowledged. Very good service rep!

I recently brought my car to Hyundai Cerritos due to a fuel injector issue that was spraying gas. It was a concerning situation, but thankfully, the team quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that it was due to a defective part installed back in March 2024. They took full responsibility, replaced the part at no cost, and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive again.
I truly appreciate her professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer safety. The service team was thorough, efficient, and reassuring throughout the process. I feel much safer on the road now, thanks to their prompt action.
