My appointment was at 11 I was told it would take 1 hr. to 1 hr 45 minutes I had to get up and check at 1:45 to see what was taking so long. They told me Juan was at lunch, but that my vehicle work was done. Then I waited another 20 minutes for my car to be brought out. My past vehicles were always done in an hour.

The vehicle problem wasn't fixed and on top of my service adivors didn't even get up to test my vehicle before I left the service center
