Alex provided excellent customer service. He was engaged, personal and left me feeling confident that if the issues (rough shifting transmission) would be resolved. The car drives much better and he said to give it 500 miles for the software update to “learn” our driving habits. I have no doubt that Alex and the service team will endeavor to make things right.

Cynthia was fantastic. She communicated well, appropriately apologized and offered help when the mechanics took extremely too long to finish, and she was truly concerned about how my experience was. I feel it was absolutely not her fault that my appointment was at 8:30 for routine oil change and inspection could not be completed by 12, and then not by 2, and then was not ready until after 3. She communicated the whole time and let me know when it would be ready. She followed all of my requests and personally took care of replacing my batteries on my keys. She was great. I was displeased with the timeliness of completeness of the work, but I feel like that should not reflect on her stellar customer service. I feel like I was penalized for not waiting on the vehicle.
I received a mailer stating that it was time for preventive maintenance for our vehicle. I called and made an appointment based on that. When I arrived for the appointment, they checked the vehicle and said it wasn’t time for an oil change. I agreed and said I was her for the preventive maintenance. I was told that the appointment was made for an oil change and that I only need to come in when the car notifies me for PM. I asked if they could at least look it over since we are taking a trip next week. I was told it would take 45 minutes. 45 minutes later the car was not ready. I checked in at the desk every 15 minutes to see when it would be ready. 2 hours is how long we ended up waiting.
I am a new customer and Alex took good care of me- answering all of my questions. I will bring my car there for my next service.
Eric was very thorough when explaining what would be needed for my car, the cost and time to completion. He is very pleasant and professional. Parked my car so I wouldn't get wet walking to it when finished.
