Alexander’s customer service was excellent!
My wife had an appointment at 9am for an oil change, tire rotation and one tire had a nail in it so it needed plugged. At 11 she was told it would be ready in a few minutes. At noon she went to the desk and had to ask when her car would be ready. 3 hours there for what is advertised as “accelerated service”.
As always Cynthia is a great representation of your company, and the significant reason I choose to continue to bring my vehicle back to your business for repairs. She is a great asset to your organization, and I look forward to working with her again the next time I need service.

I did not appreciate that no one called to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and texted me to tell me it was ready but did not provide any explanation on what had happened. Also, I called the night before and was told I would receive a call
In the morning when my car was done with diagnostics and i never received that call.

All employees were nice and professional. It’s nice as a women not to worry about being taken advantage of when you don’t know the mechanics of a car. Very much appreciated. It was also great to see a woman working behind the counter. She got my car for me and answered several questions I had in regards to buying a newer model in the near future.
