Great service experience really professional looking forward to years to come
My Apple car play had not worked properly since we purchased the vehicle. We asked again and were told it could not be fixed.
He did a great job getting the car in on an emergency basis. Also, the man in parts who took care of getting my wheels was great, as I had to have those ASAP in order to get on the road to get back to our home in Illinois. Thanks

I drove away in tears and dissatisfied knowing that I will never return. I have tried to patronize the service department on a few occasions and I am always left feeling like I am not valued. Yesterday was no different. From the beginning, I asked for a ride to the Mall and was told that there was no ride available. I understand if that was a Covid precaution.
When the staff person called me to tell me what they found wrong with my vehicle, he told me the cost of repair was $312. I then told him that I had a coupon ($40 off brake services) and he paused and said okay. Based on those calculations, paying under $300, I was okay with having the repairs done.
When I arrived my total was $321!!!!! He then explains that what he quoted me was the “subtotal”!! There were additional charges and taxes that he failed to mention over the phone. I brought this to his attention that he did not quote me the out the door price and all I got was a weak apology. I have NEVER had a repair shop quote me a SUBTOTAL!! This made me feel taken advantaged of and disrespected. I told him as I was walking to my car that he got over on me. I get to my car and noticed that it had not been washed. My car was still filthy from the snow and salt and now I am asking myself why pick the dealership if I am only going to get a service level below that of a regular franchise service business?
I hope that you can correct this.
