The staff was extremely friendly and explained the process well. When I arrived from my wait I observed a technician parking my completed vehicle. We exchanged pleasantries and I advised the service associate that I was on site and he stated the order processing associate would come get me soon. Unfortunately 30 minutes later I had to reintroduce myself to the service associate and he made no excuses that he simply had not been notified my vehicle was ready and that the person preparing the ticket had just gone home. A simple oversight, not something major but all associates who saw me initially saw those thirty minutes pass with me simply standing there and could have probably checked on my status.

My vehicle is making a thumping noise. At a low speed it sounds like extremely poor tire wear. I’m surprised the car was not driven to listen to this before delivering the vehicle. Very disappointed for a holiday weekend.
