She listened and explained all the systems on our car to better understand. Despite all her efforts, we found no solution to our issue. So yes we are satisfied with Cynthia but no with Acura. We just hope the problem doesn't return

Not a major issue but my side mirrors were misaligned when I received my car back. Probably the mirror motors were tested as part of the inspection but they were completely out of alignment. Never had that happen before but it was just a bit inconvenient.
As always, she is the best!!!!
