I dropped my car off at 9 am and wasn’t called about the results of the assessment until late on the day. I feel like I should not have had to leave my car overnight. This was an inconvenience to me.

This seems to happen all the time! I am told that my car is being washed and vacuumed and then when I get there an hour later they are either still washing it or they have already done it and it looks like like they didn’t even two either one. I picked my car up on this visit to walk out and find bird crap on the hood of my car after they claimed they washed it. I brought it to their attention and they look at me like I’m crazy! I ask them to rewash it and they act like it’s a inconvenience for them. After me drawing them a mental picture of what a clean washed car is suppose to look like then they run it back through. Now I have to wait and run late to where I have to be on time. It’s very inconsiderate that the car washer person or even my service person I am working with at the time is okay with my car leaving their property the way it looks. You are Acura! Not Mazda or Hyundai! I have bought two NEW cars from you now and I expect these people to do their job correctly! I have put LOTS of money into my MDX2008 because I got stuck with a lemon. Please do your job correctly the first time!
