I just got new tires in January and I haven’t put hardly any miles on my car since I had them installed since I’ve been working from home for over a year. Why did I need my tires rotated?

Took about 2 hours longer than what was quoted & would have liked to get an update that there was a delay since I was waiting at the dealership.
Discovered the power mirror was disconnected during my appointment & not caught before leaving. Now requires a return visit to fix
