Ever since a warranty repair involving my muffler, my car was squeaking all the time..to the point of annoying. Initially, he did not think the muffler had anything to do with it. As it turned out, the muffler was missing a bolt and was not installed properly. They put in the bolt and now I have not noticed any noise. Luckily I had other appointments and was given a loner to run errands. Otherwise I would have spent my time and money coming from Brookings would have been frustrating.
The shocks make the truck almost feel new again thanks for working on getting the right ones for the truck it was worth it I look forward to working with Nate on my next truck project

No updates were provided. He did not respond to a voice message left. It took 3 phone calls in an hour to get any info. Tommy never did call, finally sent a text with the information on my vehicle being ready. (I usually don’t mind texts. Why not utilize them more with updates?) He gave no apology, no “I received your voice message, I’m sorry I didn’t call you back”, no explanation.
I shouldn’t have had to bring my car back in following new tire installation in the first place. It was an inconvenience.
