I felt like the communication was off with my service. I had brought my car in on a Wednesday and nobody informed me that it would take several days. When I called Wednesday night they informant me it would be done Friday after noon or Monday morning. After work on Monday I called and they told me that it wasn’t done yet but it should be done later that night or Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening after work I called and it was still being worked on. I told them I had to go out of town the next day so they needed to finish it. Everyone was super nice and answered all my question but the communication was just off. And it was very difficult to get ahold of someone in the collision center. I wouldn’t have cared but I had to go out of town and I told several people this but it just kept getting pushed off.
I was happy with the service done today
Everything was good. Except the technician moved my seat way out of wack and taking me some time to get it back to where I had it. It happened the last time I was there too. I don’t think it necessary to move that much for just a service.
