It took a little longer to be recognized as someone needing help but Heather noticed while walking through. Some of it may be the construction ????

My only problem did not have to do with my service representative. I called earlier and asked if I could get my car in for an oil change today. I was told that they were booked up but if I dropped it off they would give me a loaner to use until my car how do you oil changed. However when I got there there was no cars for me to wait until one became available. I thought that that meant just a few minutes. However after 20 minutes I checked and was told that there still was not one available and they were waiting for one to come in but they have no idea when that may be. I told them that I couldn’t wait so I would leave. We went to get my vehicle only to find out that it was in the shop so therefore it should only be about 20 minutes which it was. Therefore the long way that I had expected did not happen and for that I was grateful. However I was upset about the fact that there were no loaner cars available and that no one had any idea of when one would become available. I don’t believe that you should tell someone that they could get a loaner unless you’re sure that one is going to be available. As it was everything turned out OK and I didn’t have to sit there for hours but I do think it’s something like this needs to be addressed. On the upside for me it’s probably best that I didn’t get a loaner. A few years back I came in And got a loaner and ended up buying a new vehicle. Maybe this just saved me a whole bunch of money.

Everything was very efficient, there were people to guide me around the construction zones, and I got a really nice loaner car. They also finished my car ahead of time.

Everyone was helpful. Trever was very thorough in trying to match my tire. And explained why they had to put this tire on.
