Brandon was so great to work with. He was super helpful, patient, and super nice. He did a great job of keeping me updated on thr progress of my vehicle and I am so happy satisfied with my experience with Subaru.
I have always liked working with Taylor. We get along great. I know I will always be treated with care, concern, and respect with Taylor.

The push bar was scratched/gouged. It was put on crooked. Now, my car pulls to the right. After this issue is corrected, no more Terry Schulte for service or anything. We met Mike Schulte years ago. I know he, too, does not accept mediocrity

Quoted as a 90 min express oil change timeline - turned out to be a few minutes shy of 4h - otherwise it was ok
Tommy did great! The only thing that couldn’t be determined was were the vehicle keys were. We found them in the vehicle. Otherwise all good!

I’ve had some interactions with staff that haven’t been the greatest. Not rude, but a little terse and dismissive. But not Tommy. He is always very friendly, explains everything that’s going on with my car, and apologizes if something takes longer than expected.
My car is filthy greasy dirty incomplete with terrible alignment and incorrect replaced part.
You will be seeing me on Saturday morning May 01 as soon as you open. There had better be someone there with decision making abilities.

Customer service at Terry Schulte Subaru is extraordinary and is the reason I would buy another Subaru. Even when my standard warranty was done you still covered items, wow that was great.

I am a Subaru fan. To me Subaru is a good brand. Trevor adds to the Subaru greatness. To me, he is a loyal, smart employee. Now a days I think that is getting harder and harder to find. Best thing I could say, we would hire him at the company where I work! Thanks again MK
