Because of of the construction going on there was some confusion. we thought the young lady that directed us in somehow took care of the car being checked in. We waited for two hours before we realized we were'nt checked in. It was as much our fault as your staff. It was made right by no charge for service. THANK YOU
I brought in my 2019 Subaru Outback in because the back blinker light was out on the driver's side. I made an appointment for today and waited an hour for the light to be fixed. I paid for the service and got in my vehicle to pick up dinner and noticed the blinker wasn't working. It was functioning like before I brought it into Schulte. I called the service department to see if I could get a loaner vehicle and it could be fixed the following day. Lea in service said,sure, bring your car in, we will get you a loaner and service will look at my light the next day. When I returned to Schulte, after, picking up dinner, Nate came out and proceeded to ask what was wrong, I told him that the light wasn't fixed. He walked over to where my car was parked, turned my car on, discovered the left back blinker light wasn't working, got a battery powered screw driver unscrewed the light box and proceeded to fix the light. However, my vehicle was running, dinner was getting cold, and I was not told what was going to happen. I am not happy at all. Next time a bulb for a light goes out on my Subaru, I will help my dad fix or change the I bulb. I will save myself mo ey, the time, and headache the situation caused me and my family.
By the way, I am a teacher in Flandreau, I took 45 minutes out of my day to bring my vehicle to Schulte so it could be fixed. I also waited an hour for the light bulb to be fixed. I thought that perhaps, the blinker would be tested before you talk to the customer, announce its fixed, have the customer pay for the service, only to find out the problem truly wasn't fixed. I thought fixing a bulb for a light might be more complicated than unscrewing two screws and replacing the bulb.

I have been strictly coming here the last 10 years, and although I no longer live in South Dakota, I live 1100 miles away out of state, every single time I’m here I make sure to come in and service my vehicle or at least visit Jeremy Griffith who has been an amazing professional for Schulte Subaru, My son and I consider him family.
