Great service! Terry, who came to pick up my car, is the best! Even came in and checked on me when I dropped the loaner off. He’s a keeper. Brandon was great too. Was able to squeeze in some recall work in addition to my windshield replacement. Amazing service ALL the time.

I never received a call when my vehicle was done. Maybe I wasn’t supposed to, but I had to call in to find out that the car was done, two hours after it should’ve been

He was very accommodating and communicated well. The car wash was not working but does not reflect his service at all.
Very nice and professional. My only complaint was that it was almost 40 minutes from my car being done with service and cashing out. The delay was for “finishing up the estimates” for future work.

My experience was great but some outdoor seating on a nice day would have been nice for the wait. In the past you have have had outside seating. I made myself as comfortable as I could on one of your carts! LOL. Keep up the great service!

When I showed up for my appointment, several staff members acted confused even though I had received a text confirmation. I was told to leave the vehicle but when I returned an hour later, I was informed the passenger side visor hadn’t even been ordered and obviously could not be replaced then. It would have been ok if I would t have been questioned again on my confirmation and why there wasn’t a staff member who was initialed for it. Also, I had a very similar experience in January with trying to get the drivers side visor replaced for the same malfunction along with some windshield chips (in that case I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes before being told the staff member wasn’t on duty to fix it). Both times I’ve taken off work to come to the dealership, so when the visor does come in, it would be incredibly helpful if a service representative could just come to my office to fix it (I’ve been told it’s an easy 20 minute fix both times as well).
