Bringing in a really old, pretty beat up Volvo gave me a bit of anxiety, but Jennifer treated me with kindness, caring, and respect. She explained my car’s situation, and gave me advise on my non-functioning radio! It really was a genuinely lovely experience.

Nate was great, but not happy that the coupon I just got in the mail was not honored because you now use a different type of synthetic oil! Don’t send them if you aren’t going to let me use it!

She took care of me right a way and was very helpful & answered all my questions... upon returning and receiving my car.. again she explained every thing the service dept did & what they found while servicing my car. Jen was very friendly and answered all my questions. While I was waiting for my car, a nice woman asked me if I needed her to check on the status of my car. I thought that was a nice touch. My car was finished before the time that it was expected, so that made me happy. A perfect experience!
