The music in the waiting area was VERY loud. If anyone has sensory issues it would have been very difficult to remain in the building. I tried going outside but the music was piped out there too.

Trevor is lacking friendly customer service skills and after talking to the manager about him apparently he is the type of person you “have to get to know”. I necessarily don’t agree with that working in customer service but it is what it is and now it’s our call to decide whether we continue to come back there or not.
