Jen is always super courteous and very efficient. I was offered the use of a car to drive while my car was being serviced. I declined the offer and enjoyed the coffees and treats in the hospitality area instead!

It was so nice to have the tire fixed. We had been out of town and went to a shop to have the tire fixed and they tried to sell us a set of tires stating the tire was not repairable. I appreciate your service and honesty. Then the repair was no charge since we bought the tires from you. This is why we do all of our service with your dealership and why we are and will be faithful to you for car buying.

I don't need to be contacted, but I didn't realize it would be such a long wait for my oil change. And, it felt like I was almost a bother when I told your staff that it was a jeep. I was told that if it was a Subaru it would never be an issue. I brought my vehicle to Subaru because I support and appreciate your business and commitment to the community. I will likely do it again, but with an appointment. I was disappointed with how I was treated, though. Thank you for all you do for the community!

I brought my 2019 outback in to have the battery acid cleaned from the terminals and battery hold down which they did however in the process they left a mess in the engine bay in the area of battery and close surrounding area which I had to clean up myself which I thought was a very shoddy way of leaving a job that I paid $50 should have been left clean .. As a business owner myself i was very disappointed.
