Kinda dry personality. Seemed disappointed that I hadn’t been bringing my car in for service every 6 months....even with my service contract...even though I mentioned with covid we didn’t drive much. Come on give me a break! Maybe just had a bad day.

Was promised the car would be washed after the service, but it was not. If he ran out of time I understand, but he should have told me it would not be washed for that reason. He shouldn’t have said the car is currently being washed for it to come out unwashed.

Travis G took a look at my error codes and got me in a loaner right away, as he wanted a specialist to take a look and I was running to work shortly. From that moment on I was completely taken care of by the whole team, Taylor W kept me informed throughout- couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Both those guys deserve all the kudos for going above and beyond!
