Brandon was nice and helpful.
However, when checked in for my oil change, I discovered that when I purchased my car 2 months ago the agreed upon oil change had been skipped. I purchased it with 46k miles, the oil change had been due at 42k miles. Therefore, the car didn’t have one between 38k and now at 50k miles. Combined with the fact that the car had been delivered with a nearly empty fuel tank when I first bought it upsets me. I expected better. If you don’t take care of the basics, at least let people know.

Told me it was going to be done by 10am. I dropped it off at 5pm the night before. I stopped by to see if it was done it was just getting done at 2pm. Then a charge for tire rotation I did not request. Had them take that off the bill. Most expensive oil change I have ever had done I my life. $84.21 for an oil change.

Our experience was the best service we've ever had with any dealership. The fact that yhe gave us a loaner to continue our trip to Minneapolis and then home to Rapid City without extra charge was a unexpected! Then to meet us halfway across state to get our car back and deliver the loaner back was awesome. I highly recommend Schulte Subaru!

I just wish that something would have showed up so service could have found the problem. I hope that I never have to go through that again as it is very dangerous and it was scary.
