I am usually very satisfied with Subaru. This past service was going to be roughly 1-2 hours. 3 hours later I received my vehicle. Something about Friday is tech lunch day so my car sat half finished while everyone ate. Just inform me up front that the service will be 3 hours then I can plan my day
I had a previous tire rotation done in July, I had purchased the tires from Subaru so rotation should’ve been free. On my receipt they charged 19.95 For the rotation. When I set up the appointment for this oil change I mentioned to them that we have been charged the 19.95. My husband states they pulled up there Charges and it didn’t show it on their end, he didn’t have the receipt with him to show them That it was indeed on ours. If you send me a fax number I will gladly fax you the receipt that I have a showing the charge.
Was in a bind, and within the day, had my vehicle back in working order. Also covered by warranty, which is even better
