Noah was very friendly and explained what services my car was in for. He told me where the waiting area was and to help myself to any snacks. When my car was ready he went over the bill. All in all everything was awesome.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with. She took great care of us. We told her before we had them do the service on our Subaru we wanted to talk to a sakes person about trading for a new one. We traded our last Subaru after 2 years and it is approaching 2 years with this one. Unfortunately our experience with the sales person was not nearly as good. We explained we are not in a hurry and we told him exactly what we wanted. He just kept telling us it would be at last 12 weeks before we could get a new one and it would be at full MSRP. We asked what our trade in price would be and he didn’t seem interested in figuring it for us. We have purchased our last two cars with you and have been very happy. I am going to go to Omaha tomorrow and visit with the Subaru dealer there to see if we can get an idea what the pricing would look like. I am just disappointed I couldn’t get that here.

I had to return to get the rear brake bulb yesterday as it was not in stock & arrived after 5 pm on Friday. I was under the understanding that I had payed for everything on Friday & it was a quick 10 minute thing and I had already paid the bill in full Friday. But I was charged an additional $25.00 for a quick 5 minute job yesterday.

It to a long time but it was my fault as I came with out an appointment. Other wise service was good and everyone is so friendly.

Disappointed that a part on warranty couldn’t be found and that there was no recourse to have the tast completed.

She was very courteous got me in right away and service with a smile all your service people are awesome.
