I have had 3 times in the last 3 years after tire rotation the tires have not been balanced. I am frustrated with this anomaly. Also I think my billfold was left in the loaner and no one has gotten back to me after I visited verbally and texting

Customer service was awesome the alinement didn't go according to plan because of rust but they stuck around and got my work done even after hours a little bit and it is the best the car has ever driven after , Michael Butterfield was great to work with too
