Jen is always so welcoming. She greets me by name and is so positive and upbeat. We go back some years -- and I will never forget her graciousness and kindness when my 2015 Forester was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign at 60 mph. The car was totaled & I was fine (that's one reason why I drive a Subaru). When I came in later than day, Jen simply offered me a set of keys to a Forester and told me to drive it as long as I needed -- reminding me that driving would be scary for a while and driving a car I was familiar with would help. She made it clear I didn't have to buy a car from Schulte. But thanks to a number of great interactions with the team (thanks, Chris, for handling my son's total, also not his fault), and the solid ethics of the Schulte and Subaru, I did. I drove that Forester for a month while waiting for my 2018 Forester to arrive from Indiana. Hurrah for Jen and the whole Schulte team.

The service that was done on the car was fine. I had asked if someone could give me an estimate on another issue and Noah didn’t seem too eager to make that happen. He was very kind and handled the original issue perfectly but I felt like he was trying to talk me out of bothering with the additional request so I was a little disappointed. In the past we have always left feeling like our service was exceptional.
I am very unhappy with the Extended Warranty policy. Should have covered more than a lousy 65.00 for the Start-Stop battery in my Hybrid. Will never by a Hybrid again.
Actually I did trade in the Forrester.
After the service was done I really had
no interaction other than removing my
belongings from the console and glovebox.
