Everything about my recent service was excellent except one thing, and it has happened many times. The person who parked my car prior to my pick up left the seat the maximum forward and at its highest. Uncomfortable, and it leaves a negative impression when departing.
As always, the service department provides excellent customer service.

Car was originally scheduled for repair last Wednesday. I brought the car in then waited for 45 minutes for a loaner car. After I drove all way back to Baltic I then got a call saying the parts didn’t get ordered. The guy told me it was completely their fault and they would “make it right” but that never happened. Don’t say it if your not going to do it. We are also still waiting on a trunk liner that the car should have had when we purchased it. I have yet to hear back from our salesman about that part that he said he would get ordered over three weeks ago. Neither my wife or I are impressed with the service that came with such a large purchase.
Noah wasn’t the issue. It was Jake (I believe that was his name) that the tires and service was scheduled with. He was a complete and total **** to me b the phone. Shaking mad when I arrived to drop off. Waited 45 minutes to be picked up rather than the 30 minutes I was told, then, after paying far more that the quote for the tires, was told my car would be right out, go wait outside. For ANOTHER 15 minutes! Also, I find it odd that my car had 20+ more miles on it when I picked it up than when I dropped it off and my xm was changed to the NFL channel. Very odd. Also, I’m not Dan (I assume he would have received a better experience, like the loaner promised when the tires were ordered) this is his partner Jennifer. I’ve given my name and number every time I have service done.
The only comment that I have to say that is negative is that the technician who worked on the car neglected to hook up the air temperature sensor after repairing the shift cable and when I got home the check engine light was on. My husband was able to diagnose it and determine that the air temperature sensor had not been hooked up. He hooked up the air temperature sensor and everything appears to be fine at this time.
