Thank you for rushing things, so that I could get to practice. It was really the extra mile to know that Mike Schultz was concerned about myself and vehicle when we had to pull over on Interstate 29 to close the hood! That showed a lot of care, by the owner. Also, Travis was helpful in expediting service!

I got an oil change and tire rotation and I was there for an hour and a half. Although I appreciated the snacks available this was a long wait. And the air freshener smell is really strong in the building.

Taylor was prompt, friendly, and kind. He provided answers to my questions and made sure I was getting the appropriate services for my vehicle. He took the time to walk out to the service area with me and showed me how to unlock the child safety lock on one of the rear passenger doors, and did so in a respectful and kind manner.
