I am very impressed with the work that was done on my Crosstrek. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I appreciate the loaner I was able to use while the work was being done. I am very excited to have my car back, feels like a brand new car now. I am going to recommend Schulte Subaru to everyone I know.

Service was good. When I went to go pick up my car and dropping off the loaner. I noticed a person get into my vehicle and almost took off with it because the keys were left in. I had to tell the service team. I didn’t really understand why my keys were left in or get an apology. Thanks.

I’ll be dealing with Andrew in the near future regarding a trade-in for a new Outback. As for the recent service, Brandon was kind enough to inform me that the tire rotation procedure caused one of the studs to get damaged ( which is understandable) & that they fixed it (no charge). It’s things like this that makes having folks like you take care of my vehicle a pleasant experience
