I always experience great customer service at Subaru.
This time, I did have some additional questions when I got home. When I called back to Subaru the service manager returned my call and did an excellent job of explaining my concerns. I believe it was Justin who called me. Thanks Subaru!!
As always he did a great job with my car! Courteous, understanding, and he did a great job explaining the repairs. Thank you also for letting me have the loaner car for about week. You guys always go above and beyond!
I came with tire pressure light on ( I called a few days earlier and was told it was ok until I came in for services) it was because my tires looked OK. after oil change and a tire rotation?? and CHECK TIRE PRESSURES?? which is listed on my customer copy ( $97) I got in the car and right away noticed the same tire alarm light still on. Hmmm makes me wonder if the services were really done, I hope so. I have always felt like paying extra at Subaru was a security for great service, still hope so. Sorry I was just very disappointed and questioned that it may not have been a thorough job done.
Noah was excellent and I appreciated him telling me about the recall and also that I didn’t need the brake fluid flush that was suggested to me at my earlier service appointment. Thank you Noah!!!!
