I just want to say thank you for getting the car in for an oil change and it’s 30,000 mile check up in all on a busy Saturday. And for Noah offering me the loaner vehicle for a few hours. Easily was able to get my errands done while you guys had my car.

The service itself was awesome as always. But I didn’t realize that the loaner program was changed until I received the email after I got home from the appoint. It should be made clear as you are making the appointment that the loaner program has changed. Also you seem to always be having trouble with the car wash as this has happened in my previous visits. There should be some sort of waver for a car wash as this is one of the “perks” for going to Subaru for service. Thank you

She was outstanding and extraordinary.
Taylor went thru the complete scope of the recall. They vacuumed the car but seemed to have missed washing it. It was worse then when I brought it in.
Noah was very considerate of my time and did all he could in giving me a loaner car and keeping me appraised of the progress on mine.
She was very accommodating and extremely nice since we were early for our appointment.
I had a concern about the passenger side mirror not working since I bought it. It had been overlooked in the sale. I appreciate that he gave me half off the diagnostic cost.
