Took my SUV for a 6 months service, then received a call and was told that there was a recall and an issue with the car. I decided not to fix the issue but say yes for the recall. So I leave the car for a few days. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me more than what I was told me. I spoke with the Manager, he gave me a 'discount'. I realized that they didn't give me the result of the multipoint inspection and asked them to give it to me like they always do. The Manager did it and mark everything in green, when one of his employees had called me because my car had an issue.
