I had not been back to this location in over a year mainly because of the pandemic. I’ve used your facility for over ten years for my regular vehicle maintenance. My fear of what would probably be the reality was confirmed with today’s appointment. About 60-70% of the staff and patrons were following mask guidelines. Over a year into the pandemic I had hoped you might have evolved the waiting customer experience to include some outside waiting options which would provide a bit more safety but there are none in place. I had hoped to escape the potential spreader atmosphere by escaping to a different location but the shuttle service was so backed up that I was not offered a ride until an hour and 45 minutes into my wait. I declined at that point not knowing when I would be able to get back to my car once service was completed. For at risk customers it would be nice if you could consider options that might make these matters less of an issue.

I waited 3 :30 minutes for a oil change and a tire rotation, why?Mr. Bryan apologized to me, I understand that he has nothing to do with this, he was fine.
