NO - I was told about upfront it would be about 1 1/2 hours...instead, had to wait for more than two hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation...and Eddie did not respond to any of three separate texts I sent inquiring about how much longer it would be. When I finally found him, he was just sitting there at his desk. He knew I was upset, and apologized profusely, but that’s not the kind of service that motivates me to want to continue to drive all the way down from Altamonte to have my car serviced at the dealership where I purchased it...

Plastic seat wrap left in car, oil change sticker was sloppily put on top of previous one rather than replaced. No car wash. Small annoyances. Actual service work hopefully fine.
