I was told on the phone that the price to replace the weatherstripping assy on all 4 doors of my truck would cost for parts and labor would be under 300.00 dollars. When I got my bill it was 385.00 dollars. That's almost 100.00 difference. Lucky I had the money to cover it. My associate Brian I felt should give the customer an update on the status of there vehicle instead of playing on his phone. I had to keep asking what was going on with my vehicle because the board that tells the status of we're my vehicle is erased my name of the board so I had no idea what was going on. I am thinking of stop going to Toyota to service my vehicle from now on

Very disappointed with salesman the service He over charge I call twice left massages he did not call back it took 5 hours for the serviced this time we brought four cars from this place always have serviced here but very disappointed this time I feel cheated and over charged I will warning Friend and family to think twice before taking their car here obviously I have find better service and more honestly elsewhere
